Classic Pasta Salad with Grilled Chicken, Cherry Tomatoes, and Fresh Herbs

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked and cooled pasta such as rotini or penne
  • 1 grilled chicken breast sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dressing of your choice such as Italian or balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, black olives, basil, parsley, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Chill the pasta salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
